Nature of the Platform
Fundiesel operates solely as a discovery platform.
The Company:
Any interaction, negotiation, or transaction between users occurs entirely outside the Platform.
The Platform only provides technology-enabled discovery within the startup ecosystem.

No Regulatory Registration
Fundiesel is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an investment advisor, broker, merchant banker, crowdfunding platform, portfolio manager, or financial intermediary.

Eligibility
Users must:

Investor Verification
To maintain platform credibility, Fundiesel may request financial verification documents from investors including:
Such documents are collected solely to perform limited eligibility assessment for platform participation purposes. Financial verification documents are retained for 7 days from submission and then permanently deleted, unless retention is required by law.
Verification does not guarantee:
Except for limited eligibility verification, Fundiesel does not conduct comprehensive background verification, legal due diligence, criminal verification, regulatory verification, or financial audits of users.

Connection Requests
Startup users may send connection requests to investors.
Investors may accept, reject, or shortlist requests. When both parties accept a connection request, relevant contact information may be shared.

No Communication on Platform
The Platform does not provide chat, messaging, communication tools, or negotiation infrastructure. Any communication between users occurs entirely outside the Platform.
Section 12
Credits and Payments
Certain platform features may require the use of Credits, subscriptions, or paid promotional placements.
Credits purchased are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Payment processing may be handled through third-party payment gateways.
Fundiesel does not guarantee:
- successful funding outcomes
- investor responses
- successful connections
- investment closures
- startup visibility outcomes
Section 13
Promotional Visibility
Certain profiles on the Platform may receive enhanced visibility through paid promotional placements identified by the Fundiesel logo or other labels.
Such placements are promotional in nature only and do not constitute endorsement, recommendation, verification, ranking, or investment advice by Fundiesel.
Section 14
Third-Party Services
The Platform may provide access or referrals to third-party services including due diligence providers, legal advisors, valuation professionals, consultants, and financial service providers.
Fundiesel may receive referral fees from such providers.
Fundiesel does not guarantee or endorse third-party services. Any referral fees received do not create any endorsement, duty of care, or fiduciary obligation on the part of Fundiesel. Users engage with third-party services entirely at their own risk.

No Investment Advice
Fundiesel does not provide investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, or recommendations regarding startups or investors.
Information available on the Platform is provided solely for informational purposes.
Section 16
No Participation in Transactions
Fundiesel does not facilitate investments, transfer funds, handle securities, participate in negotiations, or execute transactions.
All transactions occur directly between users outside the Platform.
Section 17
Accuracy of Information
Information available on the Platform is primarily provided by users.
Fundiesel does not verify or guarantee accuracy, completeness, authenticity, or reliability. Users must independently verify all information.
Section 18
No Fiduciary Duty
Fundiesel does not owe any fiduciary duty, advisory duty, or professional obligation to users of the Platform.
Section 19
No Confidentiality Guarantee
Users should avoid uploading confidential, proprietary, trade secret, or highly sensitive information to the Platform.
Fundiesel does not guarantee confidentiality of information voluntarily shared with other users.
Section 20
Anti-Scraping and Data Misuse
Users shall not scrape, extract, aggregate, harvest, reproduce, or misuse platform data, investor information, startup information, or user information without written authorization from Fundiesel.
Section 21
Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- provide false information
- impersonate others
- engage in fraud
- upload malicious software
- violate applicable laws
- misuse platform information
Section 22
Intellectual Property
All platform content including software, design, branding, trademarks, databases, and algorithms are the intellectual property of Fundiesel Private Limited.

Data Privacy
Use of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
Fundiesel does not guarantee uninterrupted service, successful outcomes, platform availability, or accuracy of information.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fundiesel Private Limited shall not be liable for investment losses, financial losses, user disputes, reliance on platform information, user misconduct, or funding failures.

User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for:
- conducting due diligence
- verifying information
- evaluating opportunities
- entering into agreements
- complying with applicable laws
Section 27
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold Fundiesel harmless against claims arising from misuse of the Platform, user misconduct, violation of these Terms, or disputes between users.

Account Suspension or Removal
Fundiesel reserves the right to remove, restrict, suspend, reject, or terminate any account, profile, or information at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Section 29
Changes to Terms
Fundiesel may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
Section 30
Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of written notice. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Seat and venue: Delhi, India. Language: English. Sole arbitrator mutually appointed. Award shall be final and binding.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi, India.
Section 32
Account Dormancy
Accounts inactive for 24 consecutive months may be designated dormant. Fundiesel will notify users at their registered email prior to doing so. Dormant accounts may have Credits expired and profiles delisted. Users may reactivate by logging in. Data will be handled per the Privacy Policy.
Section 33
Grievance Officer
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Grievance Officer details are as follows:

Any grievance relating to these Terms may be directed to the Grievance Officer. Fundiesel shall acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days.
