The Platform does not facilitate messaging, negotiations, investment transactions, or communication infrastructure between users.

Startup users may provide startup details, funding requirements, financial metrics, pitch decks, and business information.

Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of such information.

Investor users may provide investment preferences, sector focus, ticket size, investment stage preferences, and investor category.

Fundiesel may request financial verification documents including salary slips, bank statements, and income verification documents.

Such documents are collected solely for limited eligibility assessment for platform participation purposes. Verification does not constitute endorsement or guarantee of any investor.

Sensitive documents are treated as confidential and accessed only by authorized personnel. Financial verification documents are retained for 7 days from the date of submission, after which they are securely and permanently deleted. Retention may be extended only where required by applicable law.

Payment processing for Credits or subscriptions may be handled by third-party payment providers.

Fundiesel does not store complete payment card details.

The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain login sessions, improve functionality, analyze usage, and enhance security.

Such placements do not constitute endorsement, recommendation, verification, or investment advice by Fundiesel.

Fundiesel does not sell personal data.

Information may be shared with other users for discovery purposes, service providers, payment gateways, analytics providers, and if required by law.

Contact information may be shared only after mutual acceptance of a connection request.

Users may be referred to third-party service providers including due diligence firms, legal advisors, consultants, and valuation professionals.

Users engaging with such services are subject to the privacy policies of those third parties.

Fundiesel implements reasonable security measures including access controls, secure servers, and encryption where appropriate.

However, no digital platform can guarantee absolute security.

Information may be retained as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Users may request access to personal data, correction of information, deletion of information, and withdrawal of consent where applicable.

To exercise any of the above rights, users may write to support@fundiesel.com. Fundiesel shall acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days. These rights are exercisable under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and applicable Indian laws.

Where processing is based on consent, withdrawal may be made at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.

Certain information uploaded by users may be visible to other users for discovery purposes.

Users acknowledge that information voluntarily shared on profiles may become publicly accessible if shared externally by users.

Users should avoid uploading highly confidential, proprietary, or trade-secret information to the Platform.

Fundiesel does not guarantee confidentiality of information voluntarily shared with other users.

The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.

Information may be processed or stored in jurisdictions where service providers operate.

Fundiesel may update this Privacy Policy periodically.

Fundiesel processes personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and rules thereunder. As a Data Fiduciary, Fundiesel collects personal data only for lawful purposes with appropriate notice to users. In the event of a personal data breach likely to affect users, Fundiesel will notify affected users and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law.
